Do you offer free consultations?

Yes, we do offer free consultations on a case by case basis. Please contact our office to discuss a free consultation. Additionally, if you do hire our office after you have paid a consultation fee; your consultation fee will be applied to your account as a prepayment for your legal services.

What is your retainer fee?

Retainer amounts are determined on a case by case basis upon discussion between the lawyer and the client. No two cases are exactly the same; therefore, each retainer is determined based upon the specific facts and circumstances of the case.

Do you accept credit cards?

Yes, we do accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

Do you accept payment plans?

Payment plans are accepted on a case by case basis. The Shand Law Firm strives itself on being flexible and upfront with its clients with regard to the fees associated with a case. Ms. Shand will discuss the case and fees with you during the initial consultation, as well as during the pendency of the case.
